This gentle yoga class is based around chair support and empowerment. We will not be sitting on the floor for this class. Any seated poses will be in the chair (no up and down).
This is a great place to start your mobility/yoga practice, learn new ways to incorporate chairs into your current practice, learn ways to adapt poses with the use of a chair, or just have fun with our Weird Family. No age limits.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We won't be sitting on them, but use them to help hold the chairs in place while we practice. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged!
Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth!
