Yoga really is for every body, and my Chair Yoga classes are designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for all!Chair Yoga offers many of the benefits of traditional yoga, using a chair for support:

✨ Better balance and posture
✨ Reduced stress and mental tension
✨ Increased body awareness
Ideal for beginners, older adults, anyone with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a calm and gentle way to move.
You can join Chair Yoga in two ways, whichever suits you best:
🪑 Online via Zoom every Tuesday at 9:15am
Perfect if you prefer to practice from the comfort of your own home.
🪑 In person every Tuesdays at 12pm at The Village Community Hall (TOC H), 37 Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1YS
