Hello, I am excited to announced that I will be offering a second chair yoga class. This class will have some seated and some standing poses while using the chair for support. I will also integrate more Qi Gong breathwork & movments. The fee has changed. For active House of Gainz members the chair yoga class price will be $10 and non members will pay $15.
