Enjoy the outdoors by painting it!Come out to Lake Corpus Christi State Park and connect with nature using your artistic side.
Join a ranger to learn about the significance of arts in parks and then use the provided watercolor supplies to connect with nature.
Participants' paintings may even get the chance to be featured on a park trail bulletin board!
Meet: The air-conditioned CCC Refectory.
Bring: Your creativity! A limited set of watercolor supplies will be provided.
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is $5 for everyone 13 years and older, free for 12 and under.
Note:
This is not a step-by-step painting class, only basic watercolor painting steps will be covered.
All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
If no participants arrive for the program within 15 minutes of the start time, the program will be considered canceled.
