Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a movement practice for every body. An accessible and creative way to move the diversity of all bodies in a mindful way. To embrace the diversity of all bodies, guiding you through intentional movements coming home to yourself.

You will be led through a simple yet purposeful Yoga practice. We will start with varying breathing techniques to strengthen and regulate our Nervous system, then movement that builds our natural mobility and flexibility over time, and end with a short meditation.

The purpose of these sessions is to welcome everyone to a Yoga practice. For all ranges of abilities and ages, a way to welcome a gentle practice in returning to your body.

Covid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre:

To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 and/or mpox symptoms including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough, chills and unusual spots, scabs or ulcers.

You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
