Overcome stress, increase your core strength and improve your relaxation / mindfulness techniques by joining us at the PAL Multicultural Centre for our weekly Chair Yoga sessions.•
They are a great way to complete gentle low intensity yoga moves whilst seated or using the chair for support and without the need for a yoga mat.

Our experienced Instructor will lead you through a gentle seated sequence of moves to help you reconnect to your breath and body.
No previous experience or ability is required.
The Sessions are FREE of charge and are a fantastic opportunity to meet new people while increasing your mobility and posture.
