Kingston Council presents Chair Yoga for Mixed Abilities — a welcoming wellbeing event designed for people of all mobility levels.

Join us on 3rd December from 11am to 3pm at Queen Mary Hall, Cambridge Gardens for a gentle, guided session that supports flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

This seated yoga experience is ideal for beginners, older adults, and anyone looking for calm, accessible movement in a supportive community setting.
The event also includes a free lunch and helpful information about community safety and local services.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for gentle movement.
