It blends easy and gentle breathing techniques to help increase the immune system. Chair Tai Chi uses energy movement through low impact exercises, which helps reduce aches and pains caused from bursitis, osteopetrosis, etc. It also helps reduce stress and anxiety. Its also a lot of fun!
