About this Event
Join our inclusive 6-week chair-based fitness programme designed for adults aged 18 and over, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. This relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace class combines chair yoga, chair Pilates, and chair resistance training in one enjoyable session.
Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, each class is led by a professional coach and will gradually progress week by week to help improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing in a supportive environment.
After each session, enjoy complimentary tea and coffee and a chance to socialise with the group.
This programme is run in conjunction with YMCA.

- When: Every Thursday for 6 weeks
- Time: 10:30am – 11:30am
- Location: Room beside Tesco Express
- Cost: €30 for the full 6-week programme
