Step into an intimate, immersive sound experience designed to gently guide you back into a state of deep safety, presence, and inner stillness.
Held in the lush and nurturing space of Sacred Studio, this exclusive gathering is limited to just 10 participants, allowing for a deeply personal and held experience.
You’ll be guided through a carefully curated sound journey using a rich tapestry of instruments, including Singing Bowls, Tibetan Brass Bowls, Monalina, Flutes, Gong, Guitar, Crystal Harp, and other vibrational frequencies. Each sound is intentionally layered to resonate through the body, soothing the nervous system and inviting profound relaxation.
As the journey unfolds, these frequencies work beyond the mind — supporting your body to down-regulate, release tension, and access deeper states of calm and safety. Over time, this becomes a training ground for your nervous system, helping you return to this state of peace more naturally in everyday life.
This is not just something you listen to — it’s something you feel.

Important Information
9D Breathwork is powerful and may evoke strong emotions or physical sensations. Each participant remains in control of their process and can adjust their breath as needed. To prepare, please arrive with an empty stomach and avoid food or caffeine for 2–3 hours beforehand. If eating is necessary, keep it to a light meal.
This practice is not recommended for individuals with seizure disorders, cardiovascular conditions, severe mental health challenges, pregnancy without prior discussion, or participants under 16. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
Authentic expression may emerge through sound, movement, or tears, and all expressions are welcome. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, support will be available. For those seeking a gentler approach, private sessions can be arranged.
About Your Facilitator
Lee, the founder of @ajourneytosacred, is a passionate Breathwork Facilitator devoted to guiding others through transformation. As a Certified 9D Facilitator, Certified Wim Hof Instructor, and member of the International Breathwork Foundation, he brings a diverse toolkit of healing modalities to his work.
With qualifications as a Reiki Master, NLP Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, Sound Healer, and facilitator of Human Forest and Men’s Circles, Lee holds a nurturing yet powerful space. His approach integrates science, spirituality, and embodied wisdom, creating an environment where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered as they explore their inner landscapes.

Arrival & Timing
Please aim to arrive between 6:45–6:55pm. Doors will close at 7:05pm sharp to protect the integrity of the container. It truly saddens us to turn people away, yet arriving late disrupts the shared experience. We ask for your understanding and encourage you to allow plenty of time to arrive.
Getting Here
- By Car: Street parking is available.
- By Public Transport: Getting to 37 Aikman Crescent in Chadstone by public transport is simple with a couple of good options. You can take a train on the Glen Waverley line and get off at Jordanville Station, which is about a 10–12 minute walk to Aikman Crescent. Alternatively, you can travel to Oakleigh Station, then either catch a short bus ride (routes like 800, 802, 804, or 862 toward Chadstone) or walk. There are also multiple bus routes running close to the address, stopping within a few minutes’ walk, making it easy to connect from nearby stations or major hubs like Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Ticketing & Refund Policy
