About this Event
lululemon Galleria Dallas in collaboration with Foster Fit, Mental Giants Crossfit, Dallas Urban Rucking Team and the Step Up Foundation presents our version of Chad1000x!
In honor of Veteran's Day, we hope to not only bring awareness to the mental health issues particularly among veterans, but also to help be a part of the solution through the support of The Step Up Foundation. This November, we will be hosting Chad x3: Chad(RX), Partner Chad, and Rucking Chad as we come together as a community and honor those who have and continue to serve our country.
The Workout:
We will be doing CHAD x1000 in 3 options for you to choose from.
- Chad (RX): Solo Chad doing 1000 step ups
- Partner Chad: Chad with 2 individuals that would like to complete the step ups together.
- Rucking Chad: Rucking through the mall space led by Dean Xu from the Dallas Urban Rucking Team.

Note: Limited availability of Plyoboxes. We ask that you bring your own Plyobox, weights and ruck sacks.

So if spots sell out before you snag one, come anyways. Hero workouts are to pay tribute, push limits, develop character and bond as a community. It will be better with you there!
After the workout, lululemon will host a private shop for all guests complete with light bites and drinks. Time to celebrate!
