About this Event

At CFT Kids we believe fitness should be fun — especially for little athletes who are just getting started!

Our Kids program is designed to teach children that movement is something to love. Through age appropriate games, activities, and structured exercise Coach Sophia will help kids build coordination, confidence, and healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

For our 7-9 year olds every class is about discovering what their bodies can do — building energy, endurance, and a genuine love for being active in a safe and encouraging environment.

Classes are 30 minutes
