CFCE Community Food Distribution x Health Fair

This free community event will provide food distribution along with important health screenings and resources for individuals and families. Our goal is to ensure that community members have access to both nutritious food and essential health services in a welcoming environment.

Attendees will have the opportunity to receive free health screenings, including:
• BMI Screening
• Glucose Screening
• HIV/STI Testing

Community members are encouraged to register in advance to help us better prepare for attendance and ensure a smooth distribution process.
