Save The Date for our 12th Annual One and Done Team Competition!This competition will be made up of 10 different parts of workouts; some of which will have a minimum work requirement and some can be split as needed with a 90 minute cutoff. If your team gets caught in the workout, you will be done with competition.
Teams are 2 Male+2 Female, with RX and Scaled Divisions.

Cleans up to 205/135#*
Pistols*
Rope Climb*
Box Jump Overs 24/40”
Hang Snatch 115/75#
Handstand Walk*
Bar Muscle Ups*
Dual KB Movements 53/35s
Scaled:
Cleans up to 135/95#*
30/20#s DB Front Rack Lunges*
Partial Rope Climb (~9’)
Box Jump Overs 20/16”
Hang Snatch 85/55#
Partial Wall Walks*
Pull-Ups*
Dual KB Movements 35/25s
*Denotes no minimum requirement per teammate.
Cost is $250 per team.
No refunds, spot can be transferred if needed.
This competition has available spots for Friday May 29 starting at 4pm, and will run all day Saturday May 30 from 7am. Heats will be run 30-40 minutes apart. Time slots are 100% first come first serve, and can be requested upon signing up and payment.
