The evening begins with a whole fish breakdown offering a behind-the-scenes look at how to select prep and transform top-quality seafood. First up Tiradito made fresh on the spot followed by a main course featuring chef’s choice of preparation—grilled fried or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Guests will be welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine with the full bar open for additional sips and the dinner menu available for those looking to explore more Peruvian-inspired flavors.
