Certified Scrum Professional®-Scrum Master (CSP®-SM) is an in-depth multi-day immersion into the world of Scrum and the role of a professional Scrum Master. The class provides a deep dive into Lean Thinking, visual facilitation techniques, remote teams, and more as we examine the relationship of the Scrum Master to the product owner, the team and the organization. Filled with real-world examples from the attendees’ experiences, you’ll leave this class with practical tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately at your workplace. Certified Scrum Professionals challenge their teams to improve the way Scrum and Agile principles are applied. CSP®-SMs have demonstrated experience, documented training, and proven knowledge in Scrum.

Certified Scrum Professional®-Scrum Master (CSP®-SM) picks up where Advanced Certified Scrum Master®(A-CSM®) left off and takes your Scrum Master skills to the next level. In the Certified Scrum Professional®-Scrum Master (CSP®-SM) you’ll be focused on Lean Thinking and exploring your role as Scrum Master in relation to the product owner, the team, and the organization.

This two-day classroom training will open new career opportunities for you across industries. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications, providing a level of expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. • Current Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM®) certification with Scrum Alliance.
• At least two years of work experience in a Scrum Master role in the last five years. (In order to validate work experience, it must be entered on candidate’s Scrum Alliance profile in Scrum Experience section where it is noted that this is required for Path to CSP applications.)
• Day-to-day involvement with at least one Scrum Team and a mandate to work with the broader organization.

An avid traveler, she uses her real-world anecdotes to captivate her students. Attendees can expect an engaging class that’s both personal and enjoyable.

Anu also freely gives her time as a CST Mentor and actively contributes to Women in Agile. Her favorite part of training is being able to lend a hand to others and help them in their career and personal goals. She hopes to diversify the industry by helping more women and People of Color to become Agilists.

To participate in the online course, you'll need the following:

• Camera and microphone (we'll have virtual breakout rooms)
• Headset to filter out room noise
• Internet connectivity

• Breaks – The course will include frequent breaks to allow time away from the screen, time to stretch your legs, and check on friends/family.
• Video Required – You'll be working with others in video breakout rooms. It's a unique way to engage with your classmates and dive deeper into discussions.
• Tools – Our coaches have incorporated easy-to-use websites and online collaboration tools to support their lessons.

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend. Registration will be considered forfeited if no notice is received within the 48 hour window.
