About Path to Agility

Achieving the benefits of business agility requires overcoming complex challenges, such as:

  • Aligning leadership on desired business outcomes
  • Understanding the necessary elements within your organizational system
  • Building the right team to enable effective organizational change
  • Creating visibility into impediments
  • Establishing effective improvement metrics, and
  • Ensuring a holistic and aligned approach that balances top-down with bottom-up focus

The Path to Agility approach provides a way to navigate these challenges to deliver improved business outcomes.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This workshop is for change leaders who are focused on achieving sustainable improvement in organizational capabilities that deliver improved business performance.

About this virtual workshop

This is a web-based, instructor-led workshop. Agile Velocity transformation coaches/trainers have developed a virtual experience that provides effective learning and practical, hands-on activities, accommodating learners who either work from home or are part of a distributed team/organization. For optimal user experience, it is suggested that participants have a dual-monitor setup and the ability to enable video.

Minimum Requirements

Participants should have the following knowledge and experience to derive maximum value from this workshop:

  • Mastery of foundational Agile concepts Agile Values and Principles,
  • Familiarity with lean-agile frameworks (Scrum / XP / Kanban / Scaling) and the impact they have within an organizational change context 
  • Experience catalyzing organization change anywhere from an individual team up to a full company initiative
