About this virtual workshop
This is a web-based, instructor-led workshop. Agile Velocity transformation coaches/trainers have developed a virtual experience that provides effective learning and practical, hands-on activities, accommodating learners who either work from home or are part of a distributed team/organization. For optimal user experience, it is suggested that participants have a dual-monitor setup and the ability to enable video.

Minimum Requirements
Participants should have the following knowledge and experience to derive maximum value from this workshop:
- Mastery of foundational Agile concepts Agile Values and Principles,
- Familiarity with lean-agile frameworks (Scrum / XP / Kanban / Scaling) and the impact they have within an organizational change context
- Experience catalyzing organization change anywhere from an individual team up to a full company initiative
