$20 per person. Nov 25th. 3:30-4:30pm.- Join Megan & Jessica for a relaxing journey aiming to restore balance & harmony back within your body, mind, and spirit. There will be an opening guided meditation to help set the stage for the relaxation to come.
Megan will be playing rose quartz crystal singing bowls infused with Reiki throughout the entire session, with the intention of sending out Universal Life Force Energy to restore balance within your field by releasing any stagnant energy and restoring the natural harmonious flow of energy through the chakra system.
Jessica will be playing a variety of instruments including: drums, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and more. She will be coming around briefly placing a tuning fork on the body for individual tunings to bring the head and heart into greater coherence.
Post sound bath refreshments:
⁃ Organic herbal infused spring water & dark chocolates will be provided
What to bring:
- A blanket, towel, and yoga mat to lie on and anything else that might support you such as: a pillow, additional blanket, eye mask, etc.
- A bottle of water
