We warmly welcome you to join us for this ceremony of the opening, activation and celebration of the life force energy of the loving heart.
My self and Sally Free of Sounds For The Soul are once more collaborating to bring this fortifying and uplifting
event to you.
With the sacred Cacao we being the process through a delicious offering of Cacao which Sally has lovingly crafted with the gift of Rose, Honey and Coconut Sugar. Then to further open the heart we have added a beautiful mantra for us to do together to allow the Cacao to start travelling slowly round the cardiovascular system.
We then unite and rise for the releasing & focused Sufi meditation this helps us release what no longer serves us and allows us to invite and receive that which will nourish our heart and soul. Following this we will gently nest to finish by being bathed with sacred sounds and vibrations that are tuned to the frequencies of the heart.
Please bring a yoga mat blankets cushions etc to make your nest anything that makes you as comfortable as possible but please avoid a rustling sleeping bag... What is provided but please feel free to bring your own
There is a car park as well as street parking
