Join us at Holisitc Health First for a deeply restorative evening that blends ceremonial cacao, Reiki energy healing, and Alchemy crystal bowl sound therapy. This heart‑opening, guided ceremony supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment—creating space for transformation, clarity, and renewed vitality.
What to Expect:
- Welcome & intention-setting with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart
- Breathwork and grounding practices to settle the nervous system
- 45–50 minute immersive sound bath using Alchemy crystal bowls, vocal toning, and subtle tonal layers
- Reiki-infused energy healing integrated throughout the ceremony
- Gentle return, integration guidance, and optional sharing
Session Length:
75 minutes total (15 min arrival & cacao ritual, 45 min sound + Reiki immersion, 15 min grounding/integration).
Who This Is For:
This event is for anyone seeking emotional release, nervous system support, energetic balancing, or a soulful, heart-centered experience. All experience levels welcome. Sessions are trauma-aware and offered with sensitivity to varied energy needs.
What to Bring / Prepare:
- Comfortable reclining setup: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle (all optional for comfort)
- Any personal supports for comfort
- Crystals, flowers, or anything you'd like to work with
- Journal and pen (optional) for integration notes
Cacao Notes & Safety:
Ceremonial cacao is a natural stimulant and heart‑opening plant medicine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, hypertension, are on MAOI or other contraindicated medications, or are sensitive to stimulants, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming cacao. A cacao‑free option will be available—please indicate preference when registering.

About the Facilitator:
Florina Dragovic is the founder of Holistic Health First — a sound healer, nutritionist, certified health coach, meditation & breathwork guide, and stage 4 metastatic breast cancer survivor. She combines professional training with lived experience to offer compassionate, trauma-informed ceremonies that support healing, resilience, and transformation.
