Cerebral Collective: A monthly gathering for mental health professionals

Hey Mental Health Change Makers! ✨ We're launching a new monthly gathering at hq designed specifically for mental health providers and professionals like you who need a little collective care & community of your own.

Cerebral Collective is your monthly brain break - a casual, supportive space to connect with other therapists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practicioners and adjacent mental health professionals in a cozy, no-pressure environment.

Let's be real - our field needs connection now more than ever! there's no dedicated space where mental health pros can gather to collaborate and support each other. we created this collective because:

• We're stronger when we work together across disciplines
• There's literally nowhere else in rva where mental health folks can regularly connect
• Our networks grow stronger when we actually know who we're referring to
• Sharing resources and insights face-to-face creates better outcomes for clients
• Building community helps us all combat the isolation that comes with this work

• Referral networks shouldn't just exist in emails and directories
• Sharing resources shouldn't feel like work
• Sometimes you need to talk shop with people who get it
• Mental health pros deserve mental health breaks too!

• Chill vibes in our comfy forest hill space
• Light refreshments (coffee, seltzers, etc.)
• A structured but flexible format with time for both networking and just... breathing
• A different discussion theme each month (you'll help us choose these!)
• Absolutely zero obligation to "be on" - come as you are

Every fourth or final Sunday of the month, 11am (unless holiday weekend or scheduling conflict)
