This workshop is part of our 3rd Annual Maryland Plant Fest, happening Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25 at Plants Alive! in Silver Spring, MD.
Paint your own one-of-a-kind monstera leaf in this hands-on ceramic painting workshop led by ceramic artisan Jimmy Potters. Choose from a collection of handcrafted clay monstera leaves, each one unique and available in different sizes. Jimmy will guide you through painting techniques to create depth and realism, but this is your leaf so paint it however you want. When you're done, it gets sealed with a glossy varnish finish and is ready to take home that same day. Let it dry 1-3 days and use it as a jewelry holder, trinket dish, or home decor.
Each ticket includes your clay leaf canvas, all paint and supplies, and the glossy varnish seal. No experience needed, just show up ready to make something.
