In January I attended her CEO planning session and a subsequent follow up session at the start of March (there’s one at the start of each month). This was a great opportunity to share our goals with Orlaith and the other attendees, learn from the experiences of others and made for a super and positive start to the year. I found the follow up session to be extremely valuable as it provided an opportunity to reflect of those goals, evaluate our current situation and look at the month(s) ahead. The feeling of accountability and support within the group is a particular draw for me.
