About Our Speaker
Jon Pearlman is the Owner, Founder, and President of FC Tucson, bringing more than 25 years of coaching and soccer leadership experience to the club.
A longtime figure in the Tucson soccer community, Pearlman has played a key role in the growth of FC Tucson and the development of players who have advanced to MLS and the USL Championship. He previously served as head coach and general manager for FC Tucson’s USL League 2 team and has also worked within U.S. Soccer’s youth national team scouting network.
Jon is known for his commitment to player development and community engagement, Pearlman continues to help shape the future of soccer in Tucson.

Tucson Young Professionals (TYP) is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and promoting young professionals in the Greater Tucson area. Founded during the Great Recession, TYP provides a platform for young professionals to connect, develop leadership skills, and actively contribute to Tucson's economic and social progress.
