Spring is in the air! Join us as we take a fitness walk around the famous Central Park Loop designed to get your blood flowing and your social life in shape! We’ll make stops along the way to enjoy some of the historic sights and history the park has to offer!This event is nonrefundable unless canceled. If you have tested positive for Covid or are sick with any ailment that prohibits you from attending, we will do our best to provide you with credits for select future events with a copy of your positive test results or doctor’s note. Credits may or may not equal the cost of the event missed and may only be applied to events selected by NYSN.
How it Works:
- Your NYSN group leader will meet you in front Tavern On The Green.
- From there the group will be making stops along the way for rest, sightseeing and socializing.
- Along the way we will have some icebreaker activities that will get you socializing with others in the group.
- We will end back at Tavern on the Green.
- From there you can join the group for a post walk snack and hot chocolate.
Cost: $17 includes guide fee only.
Can I come alone? Yes, most guests do! It’s a great way to meet new people.
Ages: 21+
How difficult is the walk? The walk is mostly flat and is about 6 miles. Y0u should be in fairly good shape. This is not a race, we will set a nice pace. Bring water.
Dress Code: Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes.
What if it rains/snows? We will determine if the walk will take place the night before if there is any question. If the walk is rescheduled you may transfer to the new date, get a credit or a refund.
