Central Ohio Stakeholder Convening on Paid Family and Medical Leave

Join Time to Care Ohio, The Women's Fund of Central Ohio, RISE Together Innovation Institute, and YWCA Columbus for a stakeholder convening focused on building shared understanding and momentum for a strong, statewide paid family and medical leave policy—grounded in lived experience, economic security, and shared benefit for workers, families, and employers.

This session will bring together community leaders, advocates, and partners from across the region to explore what’s at stake and how we can work together for an Ohio that works for everyone.

By the end of the convening, attendees will:

· Understand the challenges families, workers, and employers face without paid family and medical leave.

· Learn more about the Time to Care Ohio campaign and a statewide solution to ensure all workers have paid family and medical leave.

· Strategize with us to build interest, support, and momentum in Central Ohio.
