- Resourcing Yourself: A guided somatic practice that connects you to the resilience and strength you've already built over years —giving you access to more reslience and confidence at will, when things get hard.
These skills are exceptionally powerful and developed over years of practice and study with some of the best teachers in the world in somatic psychology, mindful movement, group dynamics, and meditation.
