So join us for A day-long in-person workshop designed to introduce and experience the benefits of “touchstone” practices. Touchstones are small, easily repeatable inner rituals a person can perform under stress to invoke a calm, centered state of being at will.
In this way, we have powerful skills as allies to help us be more centered and effective in our lives in these uncertain times. Regardless of political outcomes, we still need to be healthy, caring partners, parents, professionals, and mindful participants in life.
