This calming workshop invites participants to design colorful mandalas as a tool for focus and mindfulness. With soothing music by Jhi’Aire Huff and simple breathing exercises, you learn how creativity can quiet the mind and center the heart.Combining meditation, reflection, and intuitive mandala creation, participants will explore color, pattern, and repetition as a calming creative process, drawing inspiration from the organic shapes and flowing forms found in the Chihuly glass installations at the museum.
