Welcome to Center for Discovery's Fall Open House Event - Sip, Savor, & Envision! Join us at our Des Plaines, IL PHP/IOP location for an evening full of fun, creativity, and networking. *Sip* on delicious fall beverages, *savor* the taste with an experiential led by our dietician and *envision* by making a motivational placemat just like our clients do - vision board style. This experiential will be led by our art therapist. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to tour our PHP/IOP in Des Plaines and get a sense of what makes Center for Discovery unique!
