Failte, a welcome to join our weekly drop-in Celtic & Chakra Meditation with a seasonal Ceremonial Table to activate the 6 senses. Using plants, minerals and sounds to activate and harmonize your energy & vitality. Using a breath practice through the Tree of Life cyclical breathing from the Earth's frequency through our bodies, our Cauldrons, our Chakras with affirmation and visualization to deepen our spiritual understanding, connection and Heart coherence.

The Celts honour the three Cauldrons: The Lower Cauldren - Coire Goiriath. The Middle Cauldron - Coire Ermae. The Upper Cauldron - Coire Sois for reintegration, alignment & embodiment of your energy centres.
