Cellular Sunday is a restorative sound immersion designed to support deep nervous system regulation and whole-body recalibration. Through crystal bowls, grounding frequencies, and intentional energetic guidance, Lindzey creates a field of resonance that invites your system to soften, reorganize, and restore.
