Step into the warm, intimate atmosphere of The View Winery’s barrel room for a deeply restorative wellness experience in the heart of the Okanagan.
Surrounded by aged oak barrels, soft lighting, and the rich aroma of wine country, you’ll be guided through a slow and soothing yin yoga practice with Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga. This gentle, meditative style of yoga is designed to release deep layers of tension, open the body, and calm the nervous system through long-held, supported postures.
This is not your typical yoga class—it is an immersive experience of stillness, release, and reconnection in a truly unique setting.
Following yin yoga, you will be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice. Often described as a state between wakefulness and sleep, Yoga Nidra invites complete relaxation of the body and mind, allowing you to fully reset, restore, and integrate the experience on a profound level.
