Join Tanya for a Celestial Gong Bath infused with Reiki healing.Tanya plays a Planetary gong which is tuned to Venus, the goddess of love, beauty and partnership.
Venus points to the best pathway for social harmony in each of our lives and tells us where we struggle with confidence and self-esteem.
She helps us find a strong sense of our own self-worth and value. When played with intention, the gong can open up possibilities for spiritual and emotional healing.
Tanya is also a Reiki Master and will send out healing energy to the group while everyone is in a relaxed and receptive state.
If you are new to Gong Baths, please note this is a session for deep inner healing. The gong can initially be uncomfortable to listen to as it starts to resonate through your body, and as energy moves and shifts it can be felt on a physical level. Subsequent sessions will most likely not be as intense, as you release that which no longer serves you and the gongs sound flows through you.
All welcome. Please bring a cushion and a yoga mat to lie on.
You might also want to bring a blanket to get cosy.
