The Winding Waters Group is inviting volunteers and community members to plant 3 Redbud trees and a variety of native flowers and grasses. We need help with both the planting and mulching of these three native trees, and nearly 200 native plants. Ideally, we are looking for a work party of approximately 20 'green thumb' volunteers! Light snacks and beverages will be available, as well as some local Columbus pizza afterwards.
Native plant educational materials and the Cleo Seed Share Library will be onsite. Bring seeds to add to the library collection! If volunteering, please bring gloves and a hand shovel.
