If you’ve ever searched for a job, you know the journey can feel quite lonely. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Phyl Terry is a friend and advisor to many. And they recently wrote to share the knowledge they've gathered from over 25 years of experience working with thousands of leaders—from early-career product managers to CEOs.
Since the book came out in 2022, Phyl and their volunteer team have put in more than 100,000 hours to help more than 30,000 tech job seekers find a good love in this tough market.
They provide a suite of free services including Job Search Councils, training, Recruiter Network, Slack community, and ongoing webinars and support.
At this event, you'll have the opportunity to meet Phyl and many of the thousands of people who are working together to create a private volunteer-led safety net for anyone laid off or let go.

- Are on a Job Search Council or have been on one (Phyl and their volunteer team have launched more than 4,000 Job Search Councils!)

We'll also be celebrating 20+ years since Phyl—in collaboration with Amazon, Google, and others—founded the Collaborative Gain community of leaders helping leaders.
