Celebration Finale for Reclaiming Our Village

Let’s close out our fall wellness season with joy, connection, and celebration! This special event honors the Black women—ages 35 and up—who’ve been participating in our recent wellness activities, as well as those who want to join this growing community of support.

Black women in Minnesota face higher rates of heart disease and diabetes than the general population. That’s why we’ve spent the fall hosting programs that nourish mind, body, and spirit. Now it’s time to gather, celebrate our progress, and continue the journey together.

Participants from Reclaiming Our Village, the Wellness Jam, the Walking Club Challenge, and all Black women ages 35 and up who want to celebrate, connect, and continue their wellness journey.
