Message from Rebeccah.

I qualified from Cardiff School of Medicine in 2002 and went on to train and practice in Primary Care. My clinical focus is Women’s Health, with extensive experience in establishing and running sexual health and contraception clinics across multiple practices.

I currently lead a weekly Menopause Clinic within my local hospital and am actively involved in supporting the development of the Women’s Health Hub within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. I am also the Welsh Medical Advisor and a Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project charity. In addition, I am a registered College of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) and British Menopause Society (BMS) – accredited Menopause Specialist and Trainer.

Alongside my clinical work, I run a successful training business supporting patients, healthcare professionals and organisations. I am passionate about patient empowerment and committed to ensuring people have the knowledge and confidence to manage their health effectively.

Outside of work, I am an active member of my local book club and enjoy needle crafts and baking
