This event will be a chance for those of us who knew Ryan to share stories and fond memories of our time with him over the years. We decided to set the date a little while after we lost him to give those from out of state who want to attend time to plan their travel arrangements.Please remember to join us for a late lunch/dinner at The Pfister Hotel Saturday afternoon. The Rouge room at The Pfister Hotel at 424 E Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. There will be plenty of food and all are welcome. Sandwiches, tacos, pizza, desserts, appetizers, and in honor of Ryan's Canadian roots, there will be Poutine, Butter Tarts, and Nanaimo Bars. There will be options for vegans and vegetarians as well.
This reception will be between 3 and 6 p.m. At 4:45 p.m. a tribute written by Ryan's mom will be read and then others will be invited to share their thoughts and memories of Ryan. There will also be many wonderful photos of Ryan to view.
And then at 7pm we're having a Sabbatic party to celebrate Ryan's vibrant life with his friends and loved ones. There will be music by Joseph Huber, Jayke Orvis, and World in Action. We will continue to share photos of Ryan and there will be more opportunities to get up to share your thoughts, feelings, memories, and stories.
Donations can be made to the Milwaukee Humane Society. This memorial gift can be made "In Memory of" or "In Honor of" Ryan Bertrand. Wisconsin Humane Society Milwaukee Campus.

Flowers can be sent to The Pfister Hotel to arrive Saturday, December 20th. Please arrange for them to arrive the day of our reception to honor Ryan and request that they be delivered that day by or before 3 p.m.
Send them to The Pfister Hotel with the notation, in care of “Ryan Bertrand – Celebration of Life.”
