UPTON SOCIAL CLUB TORQUAYOBITUARY NOTICE.
The club are sad to announce that Colin Chave, a member and great supporter of the Upton social club sadly passed away on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at Rowcroft Hospice Torquay.
Colin was a local person who was very well known around the Torbay area. I myself have personally known Colin for a long time and his wife Mandy and his daughter Aimee. Sadly Mandy passed away a year or so ago and now is reunited with her husband Colin.
Colin wiil be sadly missed by everyone at the club and the people in the local community where he lived. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy go out to his daughter Aimee and his family at this sad moment of time.
Colins Funeral arrangements are listed below. After the service at Torquay Crematorium Aimee would like to invite everyone back to the Upton social club Torquay for light refreshments and to celebrate the life of her loving father Colin.
