About this Event
Whether you live in the Southwest or the Northeast, we should know what is happening across our city. Our goal is to connect communities of faith from across Philadelphia with other communities of faith and social and environmental justice oriented organizations, so that we can support and be inspired by one another!
Join us to listen to music, meet and mingle with communities and individuals of faith from across Philadelphia dedicated to stewardship, climate action, land justice, and other forms of environmental advocacy, activism, and action! Our space will be informal, with music, guided conversation activities, and an open mic where attendees will be invited to speak to the room about their work, challenges, hopes, read a poem, plug programs or campaigns, and more!
Learn about and connect with a multi-faith group of communities and individuals across Philadelphia dedicated to environmental work as a moral imperative, learn about their work, and PA IPL’s current and future programs!
This is a no cost event, with a suggested donation of $5 - $10 dollars at the door!

Accessibility information:
Calvary is at the intersection of 48th and Baltimore. The church has no parking lot, however there is typically street parking available nearby. If you are taking public transit, the church is located right on the trolley T2 route and the 64 bus route.
The building is accessible with a lift that takes guests from the outside (the red door at the corner of 48th & Baltimore) up to our sanctuary, church office and chapel, and down to bathrooms, classrooms and our Fellowship Hall (including kitchen). Only one adult and one adult in a wheelchair (750 lbs) are permitted at a time. The door requires a code so if you are coming and need to access the lift, please email [email protected] or call 215-724-1702 (option 1) before your visit and Calvary will coordinate details.
