Calling all Jane Austen enthusiasts! Two hundred and fifty years after her birth, the wisdom, wit, and charm of this cherished British novelist continue to captivate readers around the globe and inspire fresh interpretations of her timeless stories.We believe this deserves to be celebrated. Throughout the rest of the year, we will explore modern retellings of three of Austen's novels. Each book will be available a month before the book discussion at the front desk. The book club will gather at the library to discuss each book, while enjoying a cup of tea and a delightful pastry.
