Celebrating Children & Youth Mental Health 2026

Join us for a community event focused on supporting the mental health and well-being of children and youth in Durham Region. Families will have the opportunity to connect with over 20 local organizations dedicated to child and youth mental health, learn about available services, and discover how to access support, all in one place.

Throughout the event, attendees can participate in free workshops and interactive activities such as yoga, mindfulness, and art therapy. We will also be hosting two talks as part of our Education and Prevention Series.

The event will conclude with raffles and giveaways made possible by the generosity of local businesses. Join us on May 6th to connect, learn, and explore the many ways our community supports children’s mental health.
