The University of South Carolina College of Education is hosting its annual “Champions of Education” gala to honor the commitment and leadership of our alumni and supporters of education throughout our nation. This signature event generates significant funding in support of our state’s future educators, giving them the tools they need to make a lifelong impact on students. Your financial support is vital in helping our college equip future generations of leaders to inspire, encourage and motivate South Carolina’s learners.
During the event, the College of Education will present several awards to educators including its Retired Educator Award, Veteran Teacher Award, Outstanding New Teacher Award, Educator Working Outside the Classroom Award, Diversity and Equity Award and Distinguished Service Award.
