Unlocking the Time Capsule
The first tent mission in Tauranga was held on land granted free of charge by the borough council right next to the town hall in the centre of town. Pastor L R Harvey conducted the mission and despite opposition from some other church leaders, the mission attracted an average nightly attendance of seventy souls.
