🏕 triJUNIORZ Labour Weekend Camp 2025📅 Friday 24th – Monday 27th October

👉 Overnight Camp Stay for Year 9 and above
👉 Optional Day Visits for year 7+8 when sessions are suitable
We’re excited to start planning our annual Labour Weekend Camp! This is always a highlight for the squad — a full weekend of training, bonding, and fun.
The basics:
▪️Camp runs from Friday to Monday at the Mt Holiday Park
▪️Athletes stay together, train from the campground, cook, and learn independence
▪️With our full coaching team back, parents can drop their kids off and leave the rest to us!
đź’° Cost: approx. $230 per person
(includes food, accommodation, coaching fees, vehicle hire, etc.)
To secure your spot, we’ll need a $100 deposit — spaces aren’t guaranteed until deposits are received. This allows us to book vehicles and campsites early.
👉 If finances are a concern, please reach out. We don’t want this to be a barrier.
Important notes:
▪️The camp is designed for our older triJUNIORZ athletes who can manage cooking and being self-sufficient for the weekend, as well as handle the higher training load.
▪️Intermediate-aged athletes aren’t quite ready for the full camp, but they can still attend individual sessions. Please get in touch if that’s of interest and we’ll work out what’s suitable.
▪️We’re offering spots to Triathlon Tauranga club members first before opening it region-wide, so the sooner you confirm, the more likely we can guarantee you a place. It’s a busy long weekend at the campground, so we need numbers back quickly to secure enough sites for everyone.
