The People’s Association (PA) has revealed 10 finalists for Chingay: Road to UNESCO Mural Design Competition, and their artworks are now on display across three locations in Singapore, for the public to vote for your favourite mural design.
The public’s favourite mural design will be showcased at HarbourFront MRT station concourse, leading to VivoCity.
Submitted by artists from all walks of life, each finalist’s design reflects Chingay’s continued journey to be inscribed onto the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, celebrating its cultural significance and its power to bring communities together.
As you explore the exhibits, don’t forget to vote for your favourite mural artwork! You could be one of 50 lucky voters to walk away with 20,000 yuu Points (worth S$100), which can be used at over 1,000 locations across Singapore. Individuals with a valid PAssion membership will receive an additional 20,000 yuu Points (worth S$100)!

1. SMRT Circle Line Concept Trains
From 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026, keep an eye out for two special Chingay: Road to UNESCO Concept Trains travelling on SMRT’S Circle Line (CCL)! Decorated with the top 10 mural designs representing the essence of Chingay, these vibrant trains invite you on a journey to explore the spirit of the people’s parade.
2. Orchard Road
Get ready for a splash of colour on Orchard Road! From 1 November 2025 to 20 January 2026, don’t miss the SG60 Lion Float-inspired pop-up along Orchard Road. You can find the pop-up in front of Liat Towers, a short 5-minute walk from ION Orchard. Be sure to catch it after sunset to see it light up in full Chingay splendour!
3. Republic Polytechnic
Students of Republic Polytechnic can also spot the pop-up exhibit to vote for your favourite Chingay mural design from 10 November to 5 December 2025. Explore the mural artworks on campus and get your friends to join in the Chingay spirit by voting for the favourite design!
