Taylor Mortensen is the founder and lead sommelier of Say Bon!(private events, curated wines) as well as a wine a fine wine specialist in distribution for a small northern california based improter co-op. With an MSc in Wine Management and professional wine certifications WSET 3 Wine, Taylor blends classical European training from Dijon, France with practical expertise in boutique wine distribution, curating tastings, pairings, and events that make wine approachable, educational, and memorable. The philosophy emphasizes hospitality without pretension, transforming wine appreciation into a shared, joyful experience.
