Celebrate: Coming Together for Truffles

For ages 21 & up

Calling all truffle lovers. Sit back, relax and enjoy white and black truffles in a variety of dishes inspired by local Houston chefs. Savor a variety of award-winning dishes incorporating this decadent ingredient from grilled cheese to lamb chops. Our Central Market Beer & Wine Experts will present the perfect pairing for each dish.

Diane Roederer, owner of DR Delicacy and considered the Truffle Lady of Texas, will be our guest of honor. She will share the history behind her 10-year anniversary of providing one of the most sought-after underground mushrooms.

You’ll also have a chance to learn about the 2025 Truffle Masters and be in the drawing for a pair of tickets to the Truffle Masters Pre-party held at Central Market in February 2025 & a chance to win a pair of Tickets to the Truffle Masters on March 3, 2025 at the Revaire.

For ages 21 and up.

A Truffle Trio:

• Truffled Grill Cheese Sandwich & Truffled Croquetas and Tater-tots with Caviar

• Truffled Caesar Salad

• Mushroom Bisque

• Grilled Lamb Chops served with Cacio e Pepe with Shaved Truffles

• White Chocolate Crème Brulee with White Truffles.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
